1. Pay attention to cleaning the hydraulic cylinder. When cleaning the pipeline again after installation, it should not pass through the cylinder again. On the contrary, the pipe should be installed in front of the cylinder port. Otherwise, foreign objects in the pipeline will directly enter the gas cylinder. During the cleaning process, it is necessary to remove foreign objects from the pipeline.

2. Regarding the chips generated during the pipe processing, after cutting the pipe to a certain length and processing it, when removing burrs at both ends, the burrs should not be left behind. Or when operating the welded pipe, the steel pipe should not be placed around, as it is very easy for welding foreign objects to mix in. Therefore, if it is necessary to place the pipe around, the pipe opening should be directly sealed. And stack the pipes on the dust-free workbench.

3. When sealing, simple sealing materials are brought into the hydraulic cylinder. During installation and inspection, we will adopt different winding methods, such as straight winding and sealing tape. In this way, the sealing tape will be cut for use and then directly enter the cylinder. Moreover, the linear seal will affect the winding connection. In severe cases, the check valve of the hydraulic cylinder will not be flexible.
