Analyze the reasons for the hydraulic cylinder's weak work

If the hydraulic cylinder is weak, you should first operate the walking and rotary mechanism, and observe whether the two movements are strong. If the walking or rotary mechanism movement is normal, the cylinder movement is weak, can be analyzed and checked in the following order.

　　(1) Check whether the pilot pressure of the control reversing valve is normal. If the pilot pressure is low, then analyze the reasons from these three points: 1, the pilot valve spring breaks, should change the spring; 2, the spool bonding or jamming, should grind the spool or clear off the foreign matter; 3, the oil port is blocked, should clear off the foreign matter.

　　(2) If the pilot control pressure is normal, then you should check the multi-way directional valve valve stem and valve hole clearance to meet the requirements. If the multi-way directional valve valve stem and hole clearance is too large, the amount of internal leakage, part of the oil flow from the gap back to the tank, the flow to the hydraulic cylinder to reduce the flow rate, and some of the pressure loss, should be a separate repair valve stem and valve body.

      (3) If the valve stem and valve hole clearance meets the requirements, you can measure the pressure value at its inlet. If the cylinder to a certain position, the secondary relief valve relief pressure value is very low, the secondary relief valve relief pressure value can be adjusted up: if the secondary relief valve relief pressure value can not be adjusted to the rated value, it should be repaired or change the secondary relief valve.

　　At this time it should be noted that, if the secondary relief valve pressure is adjusted to the specified value, the cylinder inlet pressure is still very low, it may be a multi-way reversing valve valve body high-pressure chamber and low-pressure chamber string oil caused by the valve body should be replaced by the damaged valve body. If the cylinder inlet pressure to the relief valve relief pressure value, the cylinder is still moving slowly, the failure may occur in the cylinder.

　　(4) Hydraulic cylinder internal failure will cause slower movement.
