Hydraulic pump station is the power element of the hydraulic system, is driven by the engine or motor, from the hydraulic oil tank to inhale the oil, forming pressure oil discharge, sent to the executive element of a component.         Pressure is one of the two basic parameters of the hydraulic system, which determines the performance of the hydraulic system. This failure is manifested as: when the hydraulic system for pressure regulation, there is a failure to regulate the system pressure is not established, the pressure is insufficient, or no pressure at all, or the pressure can not be adjusted down, or up and down and adjusted pressure instability, pressure fluctuations and other phenomena.

        (1) hydraulic pump station steering is not right, there is no pressure oil output, the system pressure does not go up at all.

        (2) Because the motor speed is too low, insufficient power, or hydraulic pump station used for a long time, wear and tear inside, leakage, low volumetric efficiency, resulting in hydraulic pump station output flow is not enough, the system pressure is not enough.

        (3) hydraulic pump station inlet and outlet installed in reverse, and the pump is not reversible pump, not only can not be on the oil, but also wash out the pump shaft oil seal.

        (4) pump suction pipe is too small, the suction pipe seal is not good and leakage, oil viscosity is too high, the oil filter is clogged with impurities and dirt, resulting in the pump suction resistance and produce suction air phenomenon, so that the pump output flow is not enough, the system pressure does not go.
