Precautions for hydraulic presses
During the use and maintenance of hydraulic presses, the following aspects should be noted based on the different causes of air entering the system.
First, it is necessary to frequently check the height of the liquid level in the fuel tank. The liquid level should be maintained at the middle of the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level is extremely low, the suction pipe opening and the return pipe opening should also be maintained below the liquid surface and separated by a partition.
Second, it is necessary to prevent various pressures within the system from being lower than atmospheric pressure. At the same time, good sealing devices should be used. Unused sealing devices should be replaced immediately. Screws at pipe joints and various mating surfaces should be tightened, and the oil filter at the inlet should be cleaned in a timely manner.
Third, an exhaust valve should be installed at the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder to discharge the air inside the hydraulic cylinder and the system.
