Reasons for Insufficient Pressure in The Hydraulic Station

1、Pump damage. Sliding shoe damage or ski and plunger ball seal damage; swash plate wear; plunger and cylinder hole wear; variable mechanism failure; oil distribution plate wear or cylinder oil distribution surface wear; pump LS valve wear, pressure cut-off valve wear, constant power valve wear; solution to change the pump.

2、Pressure gauge is damaged. Actual pressure, just no display, the pressure gauge switch is not open, open the pressure gauge switch. A large number of pressure gauge does not show lower pressure, change the range test pressure gauge. Pressure gauge damage, change the pressure gauge.

3、the motor steering is not right to change the motor steering, pump steering is not right, can not suck oil, the system has no pressure. Motor steering is not right, some hydraulic systems can lead to pump damage. So before the start of the new pump, the pump should be the correct steering to figure out, climb the pump shaft by hand, so that the pump suction pipe is full of oil; between the pump's import and export, connected to the diameter of the appropriate reverse short-circuit check valve.

4、suction oil problems. Oil tank air filter clogging, should clean the air filter; pump suction pipe more air, before starting to ensure that the suction pipe is full of oil; pump suction oil filter exposed to the surface, refueling to the normal level; oil deterioration, viscosity is too large, the pump suction empty, should be replaced with oil. Pump suction is not full of oil will affect the system pressure; pump suction empty is the main source of harm to the hydraulic system. When the liquid pressure is lower than the air separation pressure, the air in the liquid separates out.
