Reasons for The Unstable Work of The Hydraulic Cylinder

(1) hydraulic cylinder internal stagnation. Hydraulic cylinder internal parts assembly is not appropriate, parts deformation, wear or shape tolerance over the limit, action resistance is too large, so that the speed of the hydraulic cylinder piston with the different stroke position, slip or creep. The reason is mostly due to the poor quality of parts assembly, surface scars or sintering produced by iron filings, so that the resistance increases, the speed decreases.

(2) Air enters the hydraulic pump or cylinder. Air compression or expansion will cause the piston to slip or crawl. Remedy is to check the hydraulic pump, set up a special exhaust device, rapid operation of the full stroke back and forth several times to exhaust.
