In addition, in the application process if there is a situation of empty playing, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, the pump body head down vertical tapping a few times, and then tighten the oil drain screw to continue to use; do not add part of the load or overloading, to avoid the formation of the risk of damage to the electric jack. When there is a load, do not disassemble the connector to avoid accidents and damage to parts. Together with the high-pressure oil hose has passed the test before leaving the factory. However, because the hose is simple aging, the user should check it frequently, usually for six months. Disassemble the hydraulic electric pump circuit to open the pressure. If not, the oil will quickly spray out.

　　When releasing pressure on the hydraulic circuit cylinder head, loosen the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the relief valve to unload the pressure oil, and then block the power supply or power source to form a pressure ring. When the pressure ring tightens the hydraulic pressure, discontinue the oil pipe connection device connected to the cylinder. Secondly, when disassembling the hydraulic electric pump, the top thread of the piston rod, the oil port thread, the piston rod surface and the inner wall of the cylinder liner should be avoided to be damaged. It should be removed as much as possible; after dismantling, the parts should be covered with plastic sheeting. After the use of cotton, do not make the disassembled piston and suspend the piston rod and other slender parts bent or deformed, placed with cushion wood to support the balance. Hydraulic electric oil pump operation, disassembly and assembling should be in accordance with the specifications, and according to the process, in order to maintain the normal operation of the electric oil pump.
