What Factors Affect The Working Efficiency of A Hydraulic Cylinder?

1.Inherent reasons:

（1）There is gas in the cylinder, which causes the working substances to produce polyurethane elastomers. Solution: Check whether the diameter of the oil suction and delivery pipe of the hydraulic oil pump is very small and whether the sealing of the oil suction pipe joint is good to prevent the pump from drawing in gas.

（2）Excessive friction in sealing. Solution: The hydraulic cylinder and the one with high guidance should be matched with H8/f8. The specifications of the sealing ring should be strictly produced and processed in accordance with the standards. When choosing a V-shaped sealing ring, the sealing friction force should be adjusted to an appropriate level.

2. External Causes:

（1） The bending stiffness of the actuating mechanism is very small, resulting in an extensible system software. Solution: Moderately increase the bending stiffness of the relevant components to reduce deformation.

（2） Improper installation location. Solution: Enhance the quality of the assembly line for hydraulic cylinders.
