What Should I Do If The Hydraulic Cylinder of The Sanitary Garbage Truck Is Noisy?

The loud noise of the hydraulic system of the sanitation garbage truck may be caused by the following reasons:

1. The oil level of the garbage truck tank is too low. Fill the oil tank with oil to the required height and check the system for leaks.

2, garbage truck oil viscosity is too high, replace with low viscosity oil.

3、The oil pump speed of garbage truck is too high, run the oil pump at the recommended speed and adjust the gas pedal.

4, garbage truck oil suction pipe is blocked or squeezed, the oil flow is not smooth, clean or replace the oil suction pipe.

5, garbage truck oil pump dirty or accumulation of sludge and blocked, disassemble the oil pump and pipeline, clean the hydraulic system, find out the cause of pollution.

6、Dump truck oil tank breather clogging. Remove the breather cover, flush and clean the breather.
